New archaeological museum features the Kastro Kallithea excavation project

A new archaeological museum in Farsala, Greece was officially opened on July 15, 2025. The inaugural exhibition featured the , a joint university of Alberta and Ephorate of Antiquities of Larissa excavation project. The Kastro Kallithea project is the result of over 20 years of research and is led by History, Classics, and Religion’s . Throughout the years, many undergraduate and graduate students have worked on the project.
